Due to vibrative nature, being very personal to one’s own self and divine connection perspectives, we cannot accept returns for NATURAL STONE items.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of PAYMENT.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, promotional / Discount / sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and reported within 24 hours of the purchase and informed to our email address with pictures.
Once refund is approved, you ship the products back to us at your own expense. In-person return is acceptable for domestic customers (Charlotte, Raleigh or San Diego).
your refund will be processed once we receive the products in same conditions, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within FIVE business days. it may take some more days before your refund is officially posted to your account.

WE SHIP FREE for all Orders above $50 ~ FREE Ground shipping provided. additional fees apply for faster shipping or any state / city charges.
For all Orders less than $50 we charge the shipping cost is based on destination distance and courier cost.
We cannot change the destination address once shipped and you may reach the courier office for assistance.
We ship only within USA and payments are accepted only IN USD.

Kindly note, to retain the shine and color of jewelry, avoid using during shower or gym or sweat times. Color changes are common due to oxidation / exposures and regular cleaning and polishing helps to maintain its longevity.
Due to oxidation / porosity, white / green color marks on the COPPER / CLAY items are very common. Clean regularly using hands and dry with cloth Periodically polish copper jugs with leman & salt water. Avoid acid foods / liquids stored in copper.
Pre-Soak new Clay pots in water for 24 Hrs. Periodically treat them by soaking few hours and allowing complete dry. Keep them in dry, cool place away from direct sunlight or freeze cold.
Clay pots can be reused for Gardening or Decorative purposes after long period of usage.
